Background History-

Obviously, my real name isn’t Wes Fierce, but all of my clients know my real name. The super hero alias just helps to retain a small amount of interweb anonymity. Ive been a web design freelancer for 2 years now, having also served as an in-house contractor for 4 months at a mixed-media marketing firm. I have been a design enthusiast all my life, having begun designing on a DOS paint program with only 4 colors to choose from, but only became serious about design as a career two years ago. I should also mention that I have a degree in broadcasting, but my love for design lured me away and I haven’t looked back since.

Site Theme / Skin- “web2.0theme” aka Plusone

If you’re asking yourself “OYR THIS SITEZ SO BLANDZORZ!?”, its because I wanted to go with a design that didnt upstage the work featured on it. But, I still wont compromise the standards for my work so I found inspiration for the skin by a piece of work called “Plusone and the wallpaper by ~plusone”. Plusone is an amazing 3D artist, and even though I don’t know very much about 3D modeling, maybe I will talk about his work in an upcoming post. And, I found inspiration for the layout from all the web 2.0 sites which are incorporating nicer GUI’s and helping make the internet look nicer one site at a time.
