Rockstar Battle Axe Theme |

Description: |
Myspace profile a talent agent in Des Moines. Created
completely from scratch without any reference material (*except for
the tutorial I used to make the speakers). I wanted to make a GUI that
captured the feel of being at a rock concert, so the theme ended up
becoming something like a speaker structure you might see at a
concert. The interface itself was inspired by the idea of a tattered
candy apple colored rock guitar that was worn down from touring.The
background of each module is supposed to be similar to LCD screens. |

Description: |
Myspace profile skin ported directly from
The Skins Factory’s DarkStar Alienware theme. Although 90% of the
skin’s material was taken directly from screenshots and molded to fit
the layout for the profile, some of the material had to be re-created
to accommodate the completion of the port. The skin features the
incorporation of myspace’s slideshow feature as well as an image
button menu that changes when hovered. Easy to do on a regular
website, not so easy to do on a myspace profile  |

Bio / Photo Blog Theme |

Description: |
Generic myspace div overlay layout that could be used
for a photo blog, portfolio, etc. The theme features a stack of
photo’s in which the top photo is displayed randomly through a php
hack that grabs the random photo from an offsite server folder. The
original design is a more colorful, summertime-ish version, but it
felt a little too "childish" so the layout was re-colored in about 10
minutes with the current sour apple color scheme. |

Description: |
Myspace div overlay layout for my music career’s myspace
profile. Even though film & design absorb all of my time right now, I
like to make contributions to my music endevours when possible. This
profile serves as an online presence for my love of music while
promoting a few of my friends in the industry as well. This layout was
inspired by the trend of vector brushing that has popped up in the
recent years. The layout features an animated flash object of
cascading stars as well as the use of last.fm’s rotator widget which
shows what artists I listen to in winamp from the desktop widget on my
pc. |
