Description: |
Myspace div overlay layout for my film career’s
myspace profile. The layout features my film shingle’s official logo,
film posters, trailers, and screenshots from the movies. The
background of the layout is an inverted blood spatter pattern that
reminds me alot of the intro sequence for Cabin Fever. The skin
itself, though, utilizes the same technique from the musician
promotion site / Rockstar Battle Axe theme. |

Description: |
Handshakes theme built for client. This is the only
client project that I am featuring on this site because its just that
awesome. Im not linking to their site though because the project
dropped into development hell after the site was handed over to the
programmers. The theme was built 4 different ways, though, for 4
different systems. The social system, video-sharing system, forum
system, and myspace profile. |

Web 2.0 Theme (aka Plusone Theme) |

Description: |
Wordpress theme built for fiercepro.com. Hey, this one
looks familiar. If you’re asking yourself “OYR THIS SITEZ SO BLANDZORZ!?”,
its because I wanted to go with a design that didnt upstage the work
featured on it. But, I still wont compromise the standards for my work
so I found inspiration for the skin by a piece of work called
“Plusone and the wallpaper by ~plusone”. Plusone is an amazing 3D
artist, and even though I don’t know very much about 3D modeling,
maybe I will talk about his work in an upcoming post. And, I found
inspiration for the layout from all the web 2.0 sites which are
incorporating nicer GUI’s and helping make the internet look nicer one
site at a time. This theme is about a year old though, and I dusted it
off to use now cause I didnt have time to design a new one from
scratch. Looking around at all the other portfolio/tutorial sites
though, im wishing I would could have designed a new one. Oh well, Ill
redesign it soon eough anyway, |

Music Producer Studio Theme |

Description: |
Myspace Music profile for a composer from California
designed from scratch without reference material. I couldnt find a
single reference photo of a studio designed the way I thought it
should be, so I came up with my own design. The theme was also ported
to a wordpress theme, which turned out perfect but has not yet been
used. The theme features a flash animated soundboard, but has since
been disabled due to myspace’s tendency to change their coding
structure every other day. |
